Barnwell Country Park
Located in the heart of the Nene Valley, 15 hectares of lakes, riverbank and meadows to explore, close to the historic market town of Oundle. With three way marked waterside trails, numerous picnic spots, a wealth of wildlife and facilities, Barnwell Country Park is a great place for a family day out.

- Coarse fishing (link is external) - tickets from the Country Park Visitor Centre.
- Open spaces for ball games, kite flying and dog walking.
- Orienteering packs available in the Country Park Visitor Centre.
- Stroll along one of the park's three lake or riverside circular trails.
- Brass rubbing trail.

Flora and Fauna
- Feed the ducks on Mill Lake - duck food available from the Country Park Visitor Centre (much better for both the ducks and the water!)
- Help the wildlife in your garden - find out how in the Wildlife Garden behind the Visitor Centre.
- Watch the birdlife - there are two wheelchair accessible bird hides in the park.
