Planning Your School Trip

Why Go On School Trips?

School trips are... fun, educational, rewarding for both students and staff, part of the curriculum, challenging, character-building and engender new skills and freedom of expression.

They are also... extra work, overburdened with administration, risky, a pain to organise, thankless, an excuse for some time off, an easy way to get a 'free' trip abroad.

Depending on your point of view, of course!

Whatever your motivation for leading a trip, or whatever the trip might be, you need support and help to ensure it goes well and the intended benefits are derived by students and staff alike.

That's where Handsam SchoolTripsAdvisor.org.uk comes in.
