Family swim - A unique aqua leisure experience designed for families, with children in the water accompanied by adults. 

Aquatots - A way for parents to introduce their toddlers to water, gain confidence and at the same time have fun with toys and floats (up to age of 6 years only). 

Muscle Tone - Have muscle or joint problems? Come and ease the pressure away or do gentle mobility exercises and let the water take the strain away.

Sensory Splash - A great multi sensory session designed for guests with a diverse range of disabilities and additional needs.

Aqua fit - A super energetic way to improve fitness in a structured class in water to music.

Aqua Circuits - Enjoy our circuit class whilst having a swim, a full body workout.
