Beamish Wild

Beamish Wild

We offer a range of outdoor activities in addition to our high ropes course. These include Tree Climbing , Archery, Den Building and Geocaching to name but a few.

Our educational packages help improve the pupils’ environmental appreciation, knowledge, awareness and
understanding.

This will lead to a better awareness and knowledge of the importance and practices of sustainability in the modern world.

Let’s not forget! Our activities are fun – providing enjoyment, stress relief and purposeful leisure.

We can produce tailored packages that are suitable to Year 2 pupils all the way to Secondary Schools and Colleges.

LEARNING OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM

Learning outside the classroom can be one of the highlights of a young person’s learning experiences. While any off-site activity that takes a young person away from familiar surroundings will probably be exciting, adding an extra dimension of personal challenge through participation in adventurous activities can make the experience particularly memorable, rewarding and enjoyable, with a high probability that the learning that takes place will be life-long.

All our packages are tailored to each visit to ensure we best suit your requirements for the educational visit so please feel free to get in touch.
