Contained within the Café is a unique cinema that has 23 tiered seats, an amazing 7.1 Dolby Digital surround sound system, Electric 4.3 & 16.9 wide screen with HD TV, VHS, HDMI & Blueray system where films from the early 1900s through to the present day can be seen.
The cinema can be booked for private functions and parties with food and drink.
For several years the Blue Walnut has enjoyed hosting a vibrant Film Club, where members get to view and discuss a diverse range of films. The Blue Walnut Film Club runs from all year, meeting once a month to view and discuss the Club's own personal choice of film. Films shown can be anything currently on Blueray, DVD or video and are supplied by Club members.
