Canoe Trail

Canoe Trail

A company for canoeing, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. Crafts for hire, plus tuition and guided tours available.

There are a number of guided tours on kayak and canoes or you can hire the craft and go out paddling by yourself.

There are several different brands of kayaks and canoes to rent, plus they supply you with a range of accessories that you will need for your trip, including waterproof dry bags, waterproof top plus buoyancy aids.

The guided tours are normally on your section of choice on the river Ouse, but trips can also be arranged for different inland and coastal locations.

The guides are really keen to get people on the water and promote paddling and can tailor their services from something as simple as a splash about or even family holidays.

As well as having a good paddle, there is plenty of wildlife to enjoy along the way such as herons, ducks and kingfishers. You can also often see deer along the riverside, plus smaller creatures like rabbits and hares. You may even see a grass snake!
