The two swimming pools offer a range of water based activities as well as our ASA accredited swim school. This Essex gym provides the latest fitness equipment including a new cycle studio all staffed by our fully qualified gym instructors. The group exercise classes provide an additional challenge to members and include the very latest in group exercise trends. After you workout why not relax in our health suite which includes a sauna, steam room, spa and relaxation area.
