Farmer Gows Activity Farm

Farmer Gows Activity Farm

Meet the Animals is held every day at 11 am and again at 2 pm, bottle and hand feeding of lambs and kids all year round, plus feeding the pigs and cattle, egg collecting, goat and ferret walking. A wonderful hands on experience and great fun.

Children can zoom about in pedal tractors, scale the Bale Climb and hone their balancing skills in the adventure playground in-between finding out about life on a farm.

Little ones can also use the indoor play areas. Everyone can bottle feed animals in the ‘Meet the Animals’ sessions run twice daily (at 11am and 2pm). You can handle tiny chicks, go egg collecting and box them (the right way up), there’s always lots to do on the farm, competitions and treasure hunts are available every day and hungry animals love being fed and stroked, tickled and cuddled.

Schools Visits

Farmer Gow's specialises in 'hands on' farm animal handling and feeding experiences.

The farm is a wonderful destination for a School or Group Trip.

We have facilities for up to 150 adults & children, including a new washroom facility (June 2014).

School & Group Trips are very carefully booked to ensure some fabulous farm animal feeding and handling experiences.  Each experience is provided by 1+ member of farm staff.
