London County Hall
London County Hall
Located on the South Bank, London County Hall is not only one of the city's most iconic landmarks but is also fast becoming a key hub for entertainment, culture, the creative industries, education and sustainability in the capital.
Originally opened in 1922 as the headquarters of London County Council and subsequently home to the GLC, County Hall is undoubtedly one of London's finest buildings. Today, it attracts over 17 million visitors each year. With the world-famous London Eye and the Sea Life London Aquarium, an exciting programme of exhibitions and events such as the annual Japan Matsuri and some of the best eateries and accommodation the city has to offer, it is little wonder.
County Hall has also attracted an enviable roll-call of tenants from the worlds of music, television and arts. From exquisite Japanese pottery to classic pop and the latest dubstep grooves, County Hall is a vibrant centre of creativity where tradition meets the cutting edge. Our door is always open.
