Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising

Housing the Robert Opie collection, the world's largest collection of packaging and related materials.

Learning

We have exciting learning opportunities for students of all stages of the curriculum including taught sessions on a Monday for EYFS, Key Stages 1-4, FE & HE. Our worksheets are available for GCSE, FE & HE groups for self-guided visits Tuesday-Sunday. We also offer taught reminiscence sessions for senior visitors on a Monday using our new creative reminiscence packs.

As an Arts Award Supporter, our sessions and worksheets are a great opportunity to generate evidence for your Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver or Gold Arts Awards.

Enjoy exploring the Time Tunnel set out in chronological order from the Victorian era to present day, creating your own packaging and handling original items from the collection.

Families are welcome during opening hours and enjoy exploring the collection using our range of age-specific Family Trails.
