Museum of Oxford

Museum of Oxford

A free museum about the history of Oxford and its people. Families can explore the interactive galleries and come along to monthly family craft workshops in the learning centre to handle real objects.

Museum of Oxford offers fun and interactive galleries for families to explore local history of Oxford and its people; including an interactive touch screen.

The museum also hosts free drop in activities on Thursdays during half term in our Heritage Learning Centre, and family trails on sale on the museum shop for £1. There is also a museum cafe located close to the galleries and Heritage learning centre, and visitor toilets with disabled toilets, and baby changing facilities available.
