Set in the heart of Southall, the sports center offers a mixed gym, a females only gym, a group exercise studio, sports hall, group cycling studio, saunas and meeting room.
An investment at Southall Sports Centre has seen the introduction of brand new gym equipment as well as new flooring, décor and layout in the mixed gym. The female only gym has also been extended with new equipment providing more space to our customers.
A new group cycling studio has been created to compliment the existing group exercise studio which offers a full range of group exercise classes to suit all ages and abilities.
The sports hall is marked out for a variety of sports including badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and netball.
