Nominations for the CLOtC Awards for Outstanding Contribution to Learning Outside the Classroom 2018 Are Now Open!

The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom’s (CLOtC) annual conference and awards will take places on Thursday 22nd November 2018 at the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley. The conference provides an opportunity to keep up-to-date with the LOtC sector, with inspirational speakers as well as a series or practical and informative workshops.

After the conference, the evening will be a celebration of those who have worked hard to ensure young people are involved in experiencing the world beyond the classroom at the annual Awards for Outstanding Contribution to LOtC. You can now nominate those individuals and teams of people who have gone above and beyond to ensure young people have access to exciting and inspiring experience outside the classroom.

CLOtC are inviting you to nominate your LOtC Hero in one of the following categories:

  • LOtC Inspiring Educator
  • LOtC Innovator
  • LOtC Advocate
  • Lifetime Achievement in LOtC

The deadline for nominations is Friday 27th July 2018, with nominees then being shortlisted before public voting opens in September. You can nominate your 2018 LOtC hero here and see a list of winners from 2017 here.
