Battlefield Falconry Centre

A friendly, family run business with a wonderful collection of over 30 birds of prey to see, including owls, hawks, and falcons. A number of experiences available for accompanied children aged 14 and older.

Recent additions that the kids won’t want to miss are a Great Grey Owl and a Steppe Eagle, there is also a Green Winged Macaw called Woody!

Entry to the centre is only £2 per child, so this is a great place to show the kids some amazing birds of prey without breaking the bank! Children aged 14 and over also have the opportunity to have a go at a number of bird experiences, provided that an adult supervises them.

There is a Hawk Walk, a Bird of Prey Experience, and a Bird Handling session to choose from, all of which give older kids a chance to get close to, and even fly some beautiful birds. Full training and equipment are provided, plus some interesting information about the birds from the experienced falconer.
