Condover Hall is a prestigious Elizabethan residential activity centre, hosting teambuilding and non-stop educational activity ideal for school children, sports groups, summer camps and corporate team building events and conferences alike.
The Shropshire Wildlife Trust's aim is to give all children opportunities to enjoy being outside and discovering wildlife, so although the base is at the visitor centre we operate many activities in woodland nearby.
The Saturday craft fairs at our Visitor Centre are free to enter and include activities for children. We also offer a weekday range of arts and crafts workshops for all.
The original plan for the route was for the line to run from the Shrewsbury and Hereford line at Craven Arms to join what eventually became the Cambrian Railway near Montgomery, with a short branch to Bishop’s Castle.

The Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture is the only museum in Europe dedicated to a living artist. Andrew had always dreamed of opening a museum to share with the world his unique approach to life and art.
Since 1992 Manor Adventure has been offering low cost, action packed family activity holidays and activity breaks during the summer school holidays.
The Mount is a Norman earthwork motte and bailey fortress, which overlooks Corve Dale to the south-east. Standing at the north-east end of a low ridge, the oval flat-topped motte is crowned by a low bank around the southern half of its summit. Its ditch remains on the north and east sides but elsewhere it has been destroyed by the encroachment of farm buildings.
Corfham Castle is a mid 12th century motte and bailey fortress but sadly nothing now remains above the ground. In the inner bailey, the low motte has a wide surrounding ditch and the foundations of a shell keep. The large ditched outer bailey is lined with the foundations of a curtain wall and flanking towers.

Broncroft Castle is a late 14th century stone fortified manor house, founded by Sir Roger Burley. In the Civil War, the castle was garrisoned by the Royalists until 1645 but it was ordered to be slighted in 1648. 'Much demolished' the Lutley family made repaired in the mid to late 17th century.

Ieuenctid Cambria Youth Ltd is a company working for and with those who work with, young people. Founded in 2006 we have been working safely and successfully with young people in a variety of settings since then.

An ancient story of vanished oceans and fossilised sea creatures is the reason why the Oswestry Hills are so rich in wild plants, including orchids.

The main footpath along the Stiperstones ridge goes straight down the side of The Hollies nature reserve. Few people step off the track to explore this ancient, scattered grove of hollies, but those that do soon fall under its spell. The trees are extraordinary characters, some of them three or four centuries old.

Steep wooded slopes rise from the banks of the River Teme, leading to open grassland with glorious views across Ludlow to the Clee Hills. Networked with footpaths and flights of stone steps, the Common is easy to explore, with numerous seats for walkers to rest and enjoy the views.

Has long provided the opportunity to become familiar with the country life of yesteryear. Its Historic Working Farm is a wonderful visitor attraction with daily activities and special events. You will see traditional 19th century farm life unfold daily, while the land around is worked by heavy horses.

British schoolgirl assaulted on school trip to Iceland
A viral video shows a black girl being assaulted by a white woman in a corridor.
Police in Iceland are investigating after a British schoolgirl was slapped and chased by a tour guide in a hotel corridor.
The schoolgirl, 13, who attended Harris Girls’ Academy, was assaulted whilst on a school trip to Iceland to see the Northern Lights. The incident occurred at Hotel Örk, Hveragerdi on 13th October.
