Arsenal Museum
The Arsenal Museum resides in the football club's Northern Triangle Building in the Emirates Stadium, north London.
It charts the club's history from humble beginnings to the present day. The museum has shirts and other items on show that have been donated by former Arsenal players.
Attractions include memorabilia from Arsenal's biggest games and most successful teams: from the great 1930s outfit to the 1971 double winning side and on to the present day.
Arsenal Football Club’s Museum has recently added a number of new items that, alongside old favourites including Michael Thomas’ boots from Anfield ’89 and Charlie George’s FA Final Cup shirt from 1971, will appeal to supporters young and old.
On display within the Museum situated by the Ken Friar Bridge at Emirates Stadium is memorabilia donated and bought at auction including a sign from the Arsenal tube station, a street sign from Ashburton Grove, the site of the Club’s home Emirates Stadium and a signed shirt from the 1986 centenary year.
Also among the new items that reflect a moment in Arsenal’s rich history are a shirt from season 1933/34 side, signed by the players at the time as well as Herbert Chapman himself. The Gunners were two-thirds of the way through their memorable hat-trick of league titles at that stage, and were known as the finest team in the land.
