Barleylands

As one of the best family attractions in Essex there’s so much to do here at Barleylands Farm Park, Billericay whatever the weather. We’ve farmyard friends with daily animal activities including lamb bottle feeding, a huge Reptile House and awesome birds of prey. Race around the indoor play, and go wild in the outdoor play areas bouncing on our vast jumping pillow… boiiing! If that’s not enough, explore the Discovery Barn and take a ride on the Tractor Trailer!

Cross curricular days facilitated by our Award Winning Education Team

We offer popular themed guided visits including literary themes and historic days.

We love a challenge and can adapt most of our days and have arranged bespoke days for school groups with themes including George’s Magic Medicine (based on Roald Dahl’s George’s Marvellous Medicine), Florence Nightingale, Ancient Greeks and Aztecs.

Our days can cater for any age and include Field to Fork, Little Red Hen, Hungry Caterpillar. Gingerbread Men, Beatrix Potter, Snakes Alive, Medieval Farming, Stone Age to Iron Age and Local History.
