Offering teaching, flume and middle pools plus diving and standard lane swim facilities. Also home to a great indoor play zone and a sensory room.

The Disability Accessible pool hoist means all guests are equally welcome.  With pool activities to cater for all ages and abilities from parents and toddlers sessions to club sessions and major galas, the centre offers a varied swimming programme for everyone.

The Sensory Room is open to the public Monday and Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, being privately booked for groups in between.

Particularly wonderful for disabled guests of all ages, this room features all manner of light and texture experiences, with gentle music and plush padding throughout. Bubble and fibre optic features are bound to enchant kids of every age, plus beanbag seating and remote control features mean every level of ability has soothing activities on hand.

It is also home to Hood's Hideout Soft Play Adventure Centre, 2 squash courts and a cafe.
