Haddo House

Haddo House

Designed by Scottish architect William Adam in 1732, Haddo House near Aberdeen is a magnificent example of an historic Scottish stately home.

School visits are available by prior arrangement and can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Topics include: Trainee Victorian Servants, Queen Victoria's Visit, Haddo WWII Emergency Hospital and Brushes and Beasties (a hands-on conservation tour and workshop).

A visit to the garden can introduce children to our wildflower meadow and basic beekeeping. Costumes and handling objects are available for some of the tours.
