World Cup winners' medals from West Ham's three 1966 stars are the pride of the east London club's collection.

The medals won by Bobby Moore, Sir Geoff Hurst and Martin Peters are on display in the museum at the club's Upton Park home - as are others won by the club's most celebrated players.

Supporters' donations helped towards the £4 million cost of the museum.

The club dates its history back to 1895 and the formation of a football side by workers from the Thames Iron Works.

Next to the Olympic village, this skatepark is quite quirky, the main feature being a huge bowl with some nice lines and a massive cradle for the more adventurous. Then at one end of the park is a small open end bowl section with pool coping and a few ledges and banks dotted around. Built in 2011, it was London's first skate cradle (one of only two in the UK), offering a great bowl with small, mid and deep sections.

It was rated 10 out of 10 by a team of young boarders on Get Your Skills On on Nickelodeon in August 2014.

The Aldeburgh Museum is housed in one of the most important timber-framed public buildings in England. Dating from the first half of the 16th Century it originally contained six small shops on the ground floor and a spacious meeting chamber on the first floor. The Town Council still meets here today and it provides an attractive display area for the Museum.
