Latitude Festival's Innovative Schools Programme is Awarded a LOtC Quality Badge

In a unique move by festival organisers, Latitude Festival has applied for and been awarded a Council for Learning Outside the Classroom LOtC Quality Badge.

The award evidences the quality of the festival's educational provision and they become the first festival to be badged by the CLOtC.

The festival not only provides discounted tickets for children and young people to access award winning theatre, dance, music, literature and visual arts, but also, in partnership with Culture Works East and Norfolk and Norwich Festival Bridge runs an innovative schools programme.

This year that schools programme gives teachers the opportunity to bring students to a special Latitude Schools Day on Friday 17th July (today) as part of the festival's 10th Anniversary.

The festival's programme can be used to support KS2KS3 and KS4 English, Art and Design, PE, Drama and Music curriculum.
