Adventure Unlimited works with over 6,000 children and young people and 100 volunteers each year. Woods Mill is a 44-acre Nature Reserve that covers a variety of habitats including meadow with hedgerow, freshwaters and woodland. Most of the reserve is now accessible by wheelchair. There is a classroom with a wide range of equipment for indoor and outdoor studies suitable for all age groups.

Foredown Tower is a former water tower, built in 1909 as a water tower for the nearby isolation hospital. It is now a museum, running a wide range of Adult Learning classes, including Art and Craft, History, Science and the Environment and Computing.
The most historic hill on the South Downs
Cissbury Ring, just north of the coastal town of Worthing, is one of the jewels in the crown of the new South Downs National Park. It's the largest hill fort in Sussex and has a history dating back over 5,000 years.

Ditchling Beacon is located 7 miles to the north of Brighton and just south of the village of Ditchling. At 248 metres above sea-level, Ditchling Beacon is the highest point in East Sussex and offers commanding 360 degree views from its summit. Look south out to sea, north across the Weald or east-west across the Downs.
Flower-rich chalk grassland with stunning views of the Cuckmere River
With fantastic views of the Seven Sisters, Cuckmere Valley is a haven for wildlife, from over-wintering wildfowl to colourful wild flowers.
Cradle Valley is a wonderful example of this species-rich chalk grassland, attracting rare and colourful butterflies and plants in summer.
Within the South Downs National Park and Heritage Coast. We have indoor facilities in one of the old barns. The Cuckmere valley and Seven Sisters provide a stunning backdrop for fieldwork across a wide range of habitats including coastal, river, and woodland. Activities include team building and forest school sessions.

The Seven Sisters Canoe Centre offers sessions in canoeing, kayaking and rafting for school groups, groups with special needs, families and businesses in the beautiful surroundings of the Seven Sisters Country Park. All groups are accompanied by a fully qualified British Canoe Union instructor.

Get to know Leonard and Virginia Woolf and the wider Bloomsbury Group by visiting Monk's House. Full of their favourite things, the house appears as if they just stepped out for a walk.
The Brighton Buddhist Centre has been welcoming educational and community groups for many years. Our sessions are popular with schools in Brighton and Sussex many of whom visit regularly, so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. We have full disabled access.
