London South West

South West London is an area full of attractions. You can go on a tour of Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, and Buckingham Palace, visit the world famous Wimbledon or take in the sites of Whitehall, where you can view Churchill's wartime HQ. While you can see the Headquarters of MI5 at Thames House, they won't let you in! If its museums you are after then you have come to the right place. South west London is home to the Natural History museum, the Science museum and the Victoria & Albert museum to name but a few. There are also museums to writers and artists such William Hogarth and Thomas Carlyle.

There are plenty of recreational venues to keep you entertained, including a wetland centre, a chocolate shop and factory, the Saatchi art gallery, plus Chelsea Flower show each May. Next door to the flower show can be found the home of the Chelsea Pensioners, war veterans who often wander around bemedalled and dressed in uniform, while kit of another kind is sported by Chelsea, Fulham and Brentford FCs.
